Spectrotel Channel Managers Nominated for Channel Partners Magazine’s “Top 15 Channel Managers of 2012" Award

Neptune, NJ (August 17, 2012) - Spectrotel, Inc., a New Jersey based competitive local exchange company serving customers throughout the United States, is pleased to announce that Mike Cortes and David Sherman have both been nominated to receive the Channel Partners Magazine’s “Top 15 Channel Manager” award. Mr. Cortes and Mr. Sherman are 2 of 71 channel leaders nominated by Channel Partners (agents, dealers, interconnects, resellers, consultants, brokers, etc.) from across the country. The Channel Partners are now able to vote for the nominees of their choice for the coveted 15 slots. The results of the final award will be announced in September at the Channel Partners trade show in Orlando, Florida.

Mr. Sherman and Mr. Cortes are seasoned veterans of the telecommunications industry. Mr. Sherman joined Spectrotel three years ago and has fifteen years of telecommunications experience. Mr. Sherman was Spectrotel’s first Channel Manager and is a major reason for Spectrotel’s double digit growth in recent years. Mr. Cortes joined Spectrotel one year ago after working with another firm in the industry for the prior nine. He has made an immediate and major impact to Spectrotel with his extensive partner relationships he brought to the company.

Both Mr. Sherman and Mr. Cortes are integral contributors to Spectrotel’s service area expansion to nationwide coverage for voice, data and complex services. “David and Mike are like blue chip stocks.
