Spectrotel: 20 Years of Customized Solutions and Personalized Service
When Spectrotel was founded in 1996, the goal was to deliver quality and affordable
telecommunications solutions with unparalleled customer service. By creating a new service
model called “Simply Better Service,” Spectrotel built a foundation based on our commitment
to our customers, partners, vendors, and associates. That foundation has not changed.
Over the last 20 years, we’ve combined our unwavering focus on personalized customer service
with a constant eye on rapidly changing market and industry. We’ve had to devise solutions
for ourselves so we can fully keep our commitment to our customers. Our move in 2007 from a regional to nationwide service provider was a crucial step forward in our evolution. Over the next 5 to 10 years, the industry will continue to move towards more cloud-based and complex solutions, and we will be out in front of that evolution.
Thus, in the first quarter of 2017, we will launch a Software-Defined Wide Area Network (SD-WAN)
that builds on our managed services experience and incorporates elements of network virtualization
and cloud-based management to provide efficient and secure communications with improved
service performance and cost savings. Our ability to invest in products that help us to devise the
best solutions for our customers will remain the key to our future.
We look forward to the next 20 years as we continue to grow and remain ahead of the rapid-fire
industry consolidation and demand. But we will never lose sight of how we got here. As we evolve,
we will always maintain our personalized standard of service and commitment to our customers,
partners, associates, and vendors.
